FAQ's

Who is registration open to
Yes! Natural born females of all ages are invited to register!
Registration is now OPEN beyond Harlem City Limits & Schools!
*Should the delegate win a MOHP title, she must agree to comply with the MOHP contract of obligation for events, community service activities, etc.
What is the attire?
We are a no-glitz, no-glam pageant. We just desire to see you present your best self!

This pageant season (2025-2026), we will only host one event! After you send your online interview with your registration, you will attend in person the "beauty" portion of the pageant on the pageant date.

Because the pageant is open to all ages, we ask that all attire, for both the interview and the beauty pageant, be age-appropriate.
Children aged 0-5 - Cupcake pageant dresses are preferred
Ages 6 and up - floor-length gowns are preferred, but we still ask that every gown is appropriate for the wearer's age.
What does being crowned a Miss Oliver Hardy Royal
mean for future pageants?
This year we’re introducing a new aspect to the MOHP, we’ve partnered with the National Imperial Miss System as a step-up program for our winning Delegates (4 years old and up). This system permits our delegates the opportunity to continue in the pageant world in a modest fashion.
